Information about our program:

Blade and Edge Skating Club is proud to have the largest Learn to Skate program in Omaha!  We are able to offer classes throughout the year 5 to 7 times per week, for your scheduling convenience!  We also are the only skating club in Omaha to offer classes at every rink in the metro area!

Classes are one hour in length, 30 minutes of instruction from one of our talented and certified instructors, and 30 minutes of supervised practice lead by one of our junior instructors.

For tots, we have toys, and play games that encourage fun while learning skating skills.  Older children are grouped by ability and age, and adults are grouped together.

Blade and Edge follows the United States Figure Skating Basic Skills curriculum.  This structure is made up of 8 levels.  Level 1 begins with slow beginning steps across the ice, and moves through to level 8 which includes more advanced skills.

Skaters test through the levels and receive a complimentary badge of success upon completion of each level!
